Manor Farm is a delightful Listed 18th Century 'model' farm on the site of and incorporating remnants of a former Manor. The buildings and grounds are currently undergoing major refurbishment and alterations in close liaison with the conservation officer. Sensitive stonework repair has been undertaken by specialist masons. All the roofs were stripped, repaired and retiled; the lean-to loggia and dovecot were extensively repaired and re-roofed with stone slates, the original material. Replacement and additional bespoke metal framed leaded light casements have been installed in Daulting stone or Oak surrounds . All the services were completely renewed throughout the house, with new bathrooms and kitchen have been sensitively incorporated.
The layout of the grounds have been transformed to re-establish a sense of order and reconnect the disparate outside spaces and converted outbuildings. The extensive range of outbuildings include a Dovecot, stables, toolshed, cart barn, garden building have been repaired; a new carport, store and stabling have been added.
